What is Animal Reiki?
Animal Reiki is a gentle, healing technique that promotes relaxation, reduces stress, and accelerates the healing process in animals. It’s based on the same principles as human Reiki, but adapted to suit the unique needs of animals. With animals, reiki doesn’t always involve touch, and is very much at the animals discretion.
How Does Animal Reiki Work?
During an Animal Reiki session, Alison places her hands gently on or near the animal’s body (if appropriate). This allows the universal life force energy, or Reiki, to flow through the practitioner’s hands and into the animal. This energy helps to balance the animal’s energy centres, promoting physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
