Bookings and Treatments
Bookings can be made via the form on my website, or by messaging on WhatsApp, Facebook or Instagram. As I may be with a client, I will respond to messages as soon as possible.
Please be prompt for your appointment, not more than 5 minutes as I do not have a waiting room.
Vouchers can also be purchased via my website, payment for these will be taken at the time of purchase and are valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
Payment for distant Reiki is required before the session commences.
On street parking is available, please park beside the white wall. (easiest to turn just past Aird House, then park facing down)
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your treatment, please give at least 48 hours notice.
If you are unwell, please contact me as soon as possible, so I can make other arrangements.
Refunds
Where less than 24 hours is given, no refund will be made. Where 24-48 hours notice is given 25% charge will be taken.
For 48 hours notice, a refund will be given if required, or your appointment can be moved to the next suitable date/time for you.
Payments
Payment can be made through my website, or by bank transfer or cash on the day.
